Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at domingofth@gmail.com with your order number.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-order pieces

Some pieces are individually hand printed to order. Where an item is made to order, this will be stated in the product description. Please allow the stated production time before dispatch.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant, and we’ll sort it out.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
